1980 Graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Colorado with a Bachelors of Science in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. 

1985 Graduated from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado with a Doctor of Medicine Degree. 

1986 Completed an Internship in General Surgery at the Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Bloomfield, Pennsylvania. 

1986 Began working with Edward A. Rhodes, MD, a Board Certified Urologist in Denver, Colorado specializing in male infertility and Impotence.   

1986 Began working in Penrose Hospital’s Ready Care Urgent Care Centers in Colorado Spring and Pueblo, Colorado.

1987 Promoted to and acted as the Assistant Medical Director of all of the Penrose Ready Care Clinics.  

1986 Began working emergency rooms through Spectrum Medical at Prowers Hospital in Lamar, Colorado and the Emergency Care Center in Castle Rock, Colorado. 

1990 Started a Family Practice office in Fountain, CO. In addition to taking care of families, Dr. Motazedi also treated men and women for hormone related problems like menopause and impotence. 

​1990s Attended one of the first Anti-Aging conferences held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Began offering Anti-Aging protocols to his patients. 

1993 Opened the Colorado Laser Clinic in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the specific purpose of treating and reversing diseases and cosmetic problems associated with aging skin including the removal of cancerous and precancerous lesions. Continued offering Anti-Aging protocols to patients.

1997 Board Certification by the American Board of Laser Surgery in the areas of Cosmetic and Dermatological Surgeries. 

2012 Began offering patients bio-identical hormone pellets as an alternative to hormone pills, creams, gels and injections.
